Your First Class
It doesn’t matter what your age, fitness level or experience is – you too can benefit from Pilates. Pilates trains your body to engage your core muscles effectively, which results in a stronger back, flatter stomach, and a flexible body. Before your first class, you’ll need to have an initial visit with our Physiotherapist to assess your health goals, any injuries or health concerns you may have. During this assessment you’ll be given simple instructions on how to activate your core muscles. This means when you attend your first class you’ll know what to do.
