Balance & Strengthening

Strengthening, balance practice and cardiovascular exercises are provided under the supervision of our professional Physiotherapists. This group program is open to older adults who may be at risk of falls or who require re-conditioning. We provide tea and coffee at the end of the session to encourage social interaction. A chair based group is also provided for individuals with limited mobility.
What to bring
Comfortable Clothing
You will need to wear comfortable activewear so you can move freely and are not restricted in your movement.
Water
Bring your water bottle to your classes. If you forget you can purchase water at the studio.
Arrive 10 Minutes Early
New clients need to arrive 10 minutes in order to complete your client forms.
