Flexible & Rolling Programs with Accredited Exercise Physiologists & Physiotherapists
For young adults to improve physical activity levels through a structured exercise program and reduce sedentary behavioural
through group challenges.
Provides an opportunity for social interaction with peers, to develop social skills, independence and self-confidence.
1 to 5 participants tailored to individual goals.

What do we do in Healthy Moves?
• Dance to improve co-ordination, cardiovascular fitness and spark joy within the group
• Team games that incorporate balance, coordination, problem solving and team work
• Ability to perform daily and vocational tasks
• Energy levels, endurance and functional strength, to make daily tasks easier to perform.

You will need to wear comfortable activewear so you can move freely and are not restricted in your movement.

Bring your water bottle to your classes. If you forget you can purchase water at the studio.
